Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the LED Control mobile application (the "App") operated by Pol Nadal Serra ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
LED Control is a smart home lighting control application that allows users to discover, manage, and control compatible smart light bulbs (including WiZ, Yeelight, LIFX, Govee, Philips Hue, and HomeKit-compatible devices) from their iPhone and Apple Watch. Features include brightness and color control, music synchronization, scenes, automation, room organization, and home screen widgets.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and/or in-app purchases. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the applicable subscription rate.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Refunds
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. If we receive a refund request, we reserve the right to provide Apple with consumption data including app usage time, anonymous account identifier, total amount spent, and total amount refunded.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App.
- Ensure that your smart home devices and network are properly secured.
7. Smart Home Device Compatibility
The App communicates with smart light bulbs over your local network. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or firmware versions. Device manufacturers may update their products in ways that affect compatibility with the App. We are not responsible for any malfunction of third-party smart home devices.
8. HomeKit Integration
The App integrates with Apple HomeKit. Your use of HomeKit is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from HomeKit functionality or limitations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software — are the exclusive property of Pol Nadal Serra and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pol Nadal Serra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not liable for any damage to your smart home devices, network, or property resulting from the use of the App.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pol Nadal Serra from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
13. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
