Pol Nadal Serra ("we," "us," or "our") operates the LED Control mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
Information We Collect
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device information: device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage data: app usage patterns, feature interactions, crash reports, and performance data.
- Analytics data: collected through third-party analytics services (such as Firebase Analytics) to help us understand how users interact with the App and improve our services.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal contact information unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., when contacting support).
- We do not collect or store any data about your smart home devices, light configurations, or home network beyond what is necessary for the App to function locally on your device.
- We do not track your location.
Local Network Access
The App requires access to your local network to discover and control smart light bulbs (including WiZ, Yeelight, LIFX, Govee, Philips Hue, and HomeKit-compatible devices). All communication with your smart lights occurs locally on your network. We do not transmit any data about your lights or home network to external servers.
HomeKit Data
The App integrates with Apple HomeKit to control compatible smart lights. All HomeKit data is managed by Apple's HomeKit framework and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). We do not collect, store, or transmit any HomeKit data to our servers.
Microphone Access
The App may request access to your device's microphone solely for the Music Sync feature, which analyzes audio in real time to synchronize your lights to music. Audio data is processed entirely on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
Apple Watch and Widgets
The App includes an Apple Watch companion app and home screen widgets. Light data shared between the iPhone app, Apple Watch app, and widgets is stored locally on your device using Apple's App Groups framework. This data never leaves your device.
In-App Payment Information
When you make a payment through our App and offered services, all payments are in-app payments and are subject to the applicable App Store terms and privacy policy.
We use in-app payment processors; the registration and payment information are solely processed by the applicable app store provider. We do not store nor process any personal data when you process the payment. We receive an order number which is connected to a user ID that was generated when installing the App (non-identifiable).

Consumption Data for Refunds
If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase from an end user, we reserve the right to provide Apple with information regarding the user's in-app purchase consumption. This includes the following data: app usage time, anonymous account identifier, the total amount spent, and the total amount refunded.
Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services that may collect information:

App Tracking Transparency
We comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you deny tracking permission, we will not track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. Your choice does not affect the core functionality of the App.
Data Retention
We retain automatically collected data (analytics and crash reports) for a reasonable period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see below).

Manage Your Data
You can submit a request to delete specific data that we collected through our App without deleting your entire account. This data can include things like activity history, transaction history, images, and video. Submit your request via https://addonsmcpe.website/delete
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
